London-baed singer-songwriter Marianna has recently revealed her latest single, "Hold on", the single was mastered at Metropolis studios so instantly you know it's going to be good! Vocally dominant "Hold on" gives me big nostalgic hits of early 2000s soft-rock with electronic keys that adds plenty of depth to her soaring vocal tones.
All in all "Hold on" is a soaring track, both musically and vocally.
The subtle touches of guitar is what wins it for me, being raised on rock and alt music I'm always a sucker for reverb-laced sounds and "Hold on" is no exception, it was the element that secured my ears and kept me listening to the very end.
