The new single is perfect for the genre and sounds like it was written to sell out arena shows. The production on this is flawless; it lets you hear the yawning guitar sounds in the background, the crisp percussion, the moody vocals and all the while making it not sound compressed - like a lot of music in this realm.
Based out of Canberra in Australia, the singer-songwriter has already got the ball rolling, and we can easily see Triple J getting on this sooner rather than later. Ruff Hunter may just be the next big solo act to come out of Australia.
