Danny Suede shares the sun-kissed new tune, "shadows on the pavement"

Bursting out from Spokane, United States, is Danny Suede, who has recently released his new track titled "shadows on the pavement". The new offering from the American singer-songwriter has already shot to the top of his most popular songs on Spotify, and I can easily tell why from the very first minute. ... a shimmering, uplifting slice of bedroom pop that feels made for sunny days. The opening sequence of the song is a delicate balance of acoustic guitar mixed with his serene vocals and a dash of electronic pulses just to get you all warmed up. For me, the fusion of bedroom pop and alternative pop sounds reminded me of an early Ed Sheeran as he was about to take over the British music scene. With that in mind, it sounds like Danny is also going in that direction. It is such an uplifting track and has brilliant shimmering moments that make this an unmistakably top pick for your Sunkissed playlists. He is an artist who is on the rise, so be sure to listen to him as soon as you...

Korda Korder showcases their best on "Edge Of The World"

Bexhill, England's own Korda Korder deliver their finest release yet with "Edge Of The World". Right from the outset, the track has a lush dream-pop wash mixed with a delicate touch of shoegaze, reminding me a lot of The Cranberries and Wolf Alice. ... a stunning, shoegaze-tinted dream-pop epic that showcases Korda Korder at their absolute finest. Building upon their acclaim with Glastonbury and SXSW, as well as support from BBC Radio 6 Music alongside plenty of online zines, it sounds like they are now ready to go into their ballad phase with this absolute epic three-minute piece. It's one of their slower-paced tracks, but still packs a punch with how stunningly beautiful it is, with the vocals balancing perfectly with the shimmering guitar lines and crisp backline. If you are looking for a fantastic new act from the UK to follow, then I would always recommend this band. They are forever showcasing their talent, and it is just a matter of time before the world knows ...

The Owl Sounds returns with their big new single, "K-Town"

Hailing from Wexford, Ireland, The Owl Sounds have sensationally returned with their exhilarating follow-up to their debut single, "Oscar". ... a dynamic '90s-infused alt-rock single packed with driving basslines and unstoppable melodic hooks. "K-Town" is a dynamic track that has a solid bassline with an alternative rock underbody that reminds me a lot of the mid- to late-1990s scene. If you liked the more melodic new tracks and offerings from the likes of Stereophonics, then this is a perfect middle ground for you, with plenty of hooks to have you leaning in at every opportunity. Considering they are now only two singles into their career, this is certainly an offering that will have you pining for more. Be sure to check out their social media, as we feel like this band could be blowing up at any time. Want us to hear your music? SAKER reveals the stunning new track, "setting sun"

Manchester-based independent artist SAKER delivers "setting sun" featuring Jay Silver; it is an expansive, hazy soundscape that brings together dreamy pop textures, atmosphere, and shoegaze tones, with plenty of emotion to make even the hardest person feel a bit teary. ... an extraordinarily moving, bittersweet blend of hazy shoegaze and intimate dream-pop that resonates deep in the soul. With influences ranging from the likes of Slowdive and Massive Attack, the track captures that bittersweet feeling of watching something disappear, whether it be a loved one or something that you once had. I found myself listening to this unexpectedly whilst looking at photos of my recently departed grandfather, and to say that I felt emotional was potentially an understatement. It is a remarkably gorgeous track, and following the single called "Mind Games" that came out early this year, this sounds like it is the kind of offering that will help the artist become a household name...

MUTE TV shares the hypnotic new single, "Broken Drum"

Hailing from Bath, England, alternative rock trio MUTE TV have recently dropped their brand-new track, "Broken Drum", which comes out via Medical Grade Music. ... a tightly honed, high-energy slice of live-recorded post-punk with hypnotic shoegaze textures and a knockout guitar solo. Recorded live at Peter Gabriel's Real World Studios, this new cut from the outfit is only their second, but it captures their energy rather well. Also, considering the fact that this was recorded live, you can easily hear how tight the band is. Once more, this track has some dreamy post-punk revival textures blended with some shoegaze moments to help really drive home their sound to anyone new who is listening. If you will, you could probably think of this as a great gateway track for the band. They are certainly making a lot of noise on the scene in the south-west of England. If you are in the area, be sure to check out your listings, as they could be playing in a venue near you. The...

Hitlist shares the infectious new song, "Dirtbrain"

Leeds, UK outfit Hitlist return with "Dirtbrain", an infectious anthem that captures the essence of modern angst with stylish licks of guitar. The track sits in that perfect region between vibrant Britpop hooks, post-punk, and the more '80s punkier sound, especially with the direct vocals. ... a high-voltage, Britpop-infused post-punk anthem packed with infectious hooks and chaotic energy. It's got a chaotic energy that is undeniable and will certainly have you tapping along with your feet, your head, or whatever limb is ready. You'll be able to tap along with it in no time. It's got such an addictive beat; it's insane. Considering this is their second standalone single following their debut, "Girlfriend", in February of this year, they've since gone on to release an EP titled "Cereal", but this is where the band is now. I feel like it is a great gateway song if you wanted to discover their sound. Even though it is sub-three minutes...

Krumbukten drops their debut offering, "My Heart May Slumber"

Helsinki-based project Krumbukten introduces their upcoming album "Behind The Glass" with the strong new single, "My Heart May Slumber." This track is their first on social media, so it may look a bit suspicious that they've got zero monthly listeners and no plays. But this track literally came out a few hours ago, and by the sounds of it, it seems like they are onto big things. ... an atmospheric, six-minute debut single that delivers a sweeping, cinematic mix of alt-rock and nostalgic soundscapes. Crafted by Niklas Finnäs, who handles drums, production, and mixing, the track delivers an incredibly cinematic blend of alt-rock mixed with some cinematic soft rock tones, with sweeping production and softer vocals helping you lean into the track with ease. Now for a track that is their debut, this is nothing short of spectacular. Coming in at nearly 6 minutes long, this is going to be the type of offering that you will want to replay again and again after the first...

If you like the sound of Wolf Alice, then this new outfit is certainly going to be a white hope for the streets. The new single is their first since their 2025 single, "What You Wanna Be". It's a real thriller of a ride, with some classic rock grit mixed with the modern intensity of indie rock. Kazu Osumi reveals the powerful new tune, "Chariots"

Hailing out of Irvine, California, alternative pop-rock artist Kazu Osumi is back with a powerful and urgent new single, "Chariots". Since she burst onto the scene in 2024 with her debut single "Fallen Stars", it's been quite the rise with this Californian artist. This new single is certainly going to be hitting the high numbers in no time at all. ... an urgent and emotional alternative pop-rock anthem that blends powerful vocals with tense, cinematic storytelling. Written all about the political climate surrounding the ICE operations in her native USA, the track channels the pain of what's happening in the country. Much like the political scene, it is all rather tense, with her song seamlessly giving you a fantastic insight into what is happening if you're not too familiar with what's going on. Her vocals are stunning, with perfect transitions throughout the song; it's got cinematic moments, strong guitar tones, and a production that will shine ...
