EP Review... They Walk Among Us - Outside The Campfire Circle EP

They Walk Among Us are a Rock band based in the capital city of Wales, Cardiff. This is their new EP and is released upon dazzling press reviews on their old releases, albums and the EP I am going to review. The music they produce is Rock, multi-layered and musically dexterous with the laptop providing accompanying noise-scapes.

Bedside:
A quick entry into the first track, and this is the first listen of the track for me and I am not disappointed. The riffs in this song are un-real, it is just memorising! The chorus has such a mosh pit feel to it as I can see people going mental for this song at festivals! At just over two and a half minutes long it is not the longest song in the world but they come over very well in the 2:32 song!
Out of 10: 8/10

Let Love Shout:
A slower track (compared to the last one on the EP), but this doesn't mean it's worse, oh no, not by a long-shot! This is a calming rock track that lulls you into their creative side as they show you they are more than just riffs and shredding. The lyrics on this track are lovely and the vocals are clearly projected throughout.
Out of 10: 9/10

The Last Bastion:
Another slow track and another killer of a track, sounding more Indie-Rock in this, which (if anything) makes me love it even more! The sound in this track is distinct and once again has wonderful vocals, guitar play and bass. And not forgetting the PC!
Out of 10: 9/10

Circling Wolves:
The final track on the EP and what a ride it has been, from fast, to slow, to brilliant, I am waiting for this track to be amazing... With synths in this track they definitely show that they are more than your usual rock band. In this track they combine colossal riffs and bass to create a wonderful platform for Richard to lay down his vocals for!
