Splashh is the brainchild of Toto Vivian and Sasha Carlson. Forming only
a year ago, the band bonded
over their mutual music loves and began plotting their sun drenched
musical assault on the UK. The band have now released their latest track as a free download last week and we've been playing it ever since it hit my laptop!
The latest effort from the London via New Zealand and Australian band is a fuzz-laden grunge-pop track that's just waiting to be listened to. With a very summery feel going on this song is everything the UK is not at the moment. As I look outside I want to be in this track, I want to be on the beach on a skateboard with my mates. Splashh are actually releasing this track with their début album via US label Kanine Records, more details on that when they come. But in the meantime, listen to "Sun Kissed Bliss", bring on summer!
