Much like when Brother had to change their name to Viva Brother, and when Liberty had to change their name to Liberty X, it looks like no one is safe, as The XX are now set to be called The YY as of April. The reason behind this is a lawsuit from an 'adult movie' organisation who have put forward a claim that they've been using the name 'The XX' for their DVD releases and have a rather big following in the adult entertainment world.
