[SOUNDS OF 2016] #5 - Mura Masa

Mura Masa is the youngest entry on our 'Sounds' list, and at just 19 he's doing really well for himself. The producer from Guernsey has been working hard over the past two years grafting some astonishing tracks, and with two EPs behind him already - with Shura featuring on a track of his - he's already more than halfway to being a hugely big deal.

Alex Crossan over the past year has blown up, from the underground scene on soundcloud to mainstream radio stations, no wonder everyone is all over him, the last track he revealed was "Love For That" which has easily surpassed the million mark on sondcloud with ease.

The genres with which he resides in ranged from chilled out RnB to Alt-Pop via Electronic and everything in-between, if you listen to the "Someday Somewhere" EP you'll see exactly what I'm on about. SO what does 2016 hold in store for him, well with the BBC and MTV both being all over him rest assured that if they’re any indication of what’s to come, we would highly suggest you keep your focus sharply on this produce.
