Dead Ceremony manifest tender melancholy on "All This Noise" [IAI PREMIERE]

After gaining significant radio backing from the likes of BBC Radio 1, 6music, and Introducing, previewing their upcoming EP with ‘All This Noise’, Dead Ceremony now share with us their accompanying lyric video.

Island horns and splintered synth beats echo Christopher’s despondent want for escape from the internal and external influences on one’s judgement when falling out of love. His straining vocals manifest a tender, melancholic air with his emotive lyricism.

Dead Ceremony digitise organic sounds with their own classification that falls somewhere between the realms of contemporary R&B and synth-pop. Here’s what Christopher had to say about the track: ‘This song is about the revelation of falling out of love, and accepting that you have to end what you once thought was so certain. Finding the strength and clarity to ignore the fears, expectations, assumptions and advice that surround you, and focus instead on the truth that love is all that really matters and that everything else is just noise.’
