FLOAT (yes in caps lock) don't come from one specific place in the UK, however they come from all over the nation, they're sound has touches of Echo and The Bunnymen to Bauhaus and Joy Division via The Horrors. Having been a band for no more than a year they've got a good reputation and have already got DIY Mag writing about them.
Their latest offering "Watch" has some driving guitars, washed out vocals and a whole bunch of atmosphere, if this was a stadium it'll be in South America for the sheer volume of noise they can produce, just memorising. You can check out the track below with it's b-side, "Dorm (Acoustic)"
