Hank Compton releases new track 'Call It What It Is' featuring Maisy Stella

Since starting his own project, Hank Compton has performed at many venues including The Ryman in Nashville, Greene Hall in Texas and The Troubadour in Los Angeles. His storytelling writing dives into the intense topics of love, lust, drugs, drinking, loneliness and finding identity. He dares to question the confines of the conservative bubble where he grew up, which bleeds into his music. Hank contrasts his vulnerability with intensity and creating a tension of opposites. While his lyrics may be deep, the music is contagious and his only hope for sharing his stories is that others will find a piece of themselves within his records.

He also has an interesting feature on this new track 'Call It What It Is' with Maisy Stella, a very talented musician who has featured on the TV show, Nashville, and this feature left fans hooked for more as Maisy's harmonies synched up perfectly with Hank's to combine into a beautiful new track.
