Caspian's Island unveil psych new track "Imperial Echo Vault"

London based quartet, Caspian's Island, have earlier this month unveiled their baggy come psychedelic new track "Imperial Echo Vault", which is their first since their 2019 single "Denim Sleeper".

The track has a strong Manchester early 90's feel to it, mixed in with some psychedelic cues that you'd find in work by Tame Impala. The band's influences are Mac DeMarco, Temples, Foals, Unknown Mortal Orchestra and of course, Tame Impala, which shows exactly how they found their sound.

With some thick basslines and smooth vocals make this track have a lot of body and feels like you're drinking the best red wine out there. It's warm and yet so delicious, even down to the breakdown when you can hear the picking of the guitar strings and the airy synths.

Having already played Truck Festival in Oxfordshire, The Barbican Centre and The Finsbury in London the foursome are just getting started with their live shows and will no doubt be playing a lot more when we're past this worldwide epidemic.

Caspian's Island could quite well be one of the next big bands to get a bucket load of hype, and considering they're based in London they're already standing out way above the rest of their peers in this realm of genres they find themselves in.
