FRNDS AS CMPNY drops soaring new single "Who Killed Paradise"

FRNDS AS CMPNY have recently released his soaring new single "Who Killed Paradise" earlier on this month, the new release is his second ever and follows on from his well received debut "White Flag".

FRNDS AS CMPNY is a solo project by a fantastic singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist come producer and the London based artist is already making strides as you will be able to hear from his new track below.

Speaking about the track FRNDS AS CMPNY says - "With all the madness that has been going on in our world for the longest time, it demands, ‘What did you do when it was all crumbling in front of you?’ It’s an urgent message that needs to be heard before it’s too late. A message I feel is told over and over throughout history. For me, there’s always a breaking point." He then went on to say... "I want the song to take you from the past, to the present, and finally to the future, and play constantly within those realms"

"Who Killed Paradise" has some amazing art-rock mixed tones balanced off with some funk hooks, with the track reminding us strongly of Noel Gallagher's latest album with the combination of psychedelic nods and guitar tones found at the midway point.

With a  perfect smattering of synths in the background that really enhances his vocals during the chorus, the range he beholds are out of this world, with his high notes - especially in the breakdown - takes you off into a whirlwind and elevated you to outer space.

"Who Killed Paradise" will be on the artist's debut EP later on this year, but while you wait for it feel free to head down below and check it out - and don't forget to follow him on Spotify so you find out about more new tunes when they drop. 100% of profits from "Who Killed Paradise?" will be donated to Curriculum Black and associated Black Lives Matter organisations.

There's something exciting here and FRNDS AS CMPNY isn't going to be sitting still anytime soon. As we previously mentioned there's an EP on the horizon, and we can't wait to hear more from this brand new artist bursting out of the London scene. Keep a close eye on him!
