Lone Deer Laredo returns with new track "High Noon"

Coming out of Finland's capital city, Lone Deer Laredo have returned with a glistening new track "High Noon".

This is the duo's first release since their nine track 2019 album "Lone Deer Laredo Vol. 1" and by the sounds of it, it's a warm welcome to an outfit that have a knack for creating detailed music you can lose yourself in.

It's a fantastic slice of throwback pop that reminds us of cinematic movies on VHS, with it being comparable to that The Last Shadow Puppet's debut album, plenty of guitars set to plenty of horns and percussion.

This track really does have the feel of the 1980's about it, if you close your eyes enough you can easily imagine a music video set in the outback of Australia or in the desert in Americas.

The duo's - Paola Suhonen and Olli Happonen - new track is out now via Ivana Helskini Records and is the first slice of what their forthcoming follow-up album will sound like. "Lone Deer Laredo vol. 2" is out on the 2nd of July - so be sure to give them a follow if you like what you hear."High Noon" - cinematic, atmospheric and full of plenty of detail to get lost in!
