Fuzzy synths and almost bird tweet-like whistles open up the song, and while I listen to this on a baking Spring day in Europe I have to admit, it made me want to commit to the whole song from the first few seconds, and yes it was worth it.
Sweet Paulo's latest offering has some honest lyrics, with the eagle-eared listener picking up on some Spanish - well the title is of course. The whole song is written for those summertime playlists and is a gorgeous slice of sun-kissed indie-pop for all of those who love their upbeat and hidden synthy-pop deep cuts.
The single acts as his third release ever, and by the sounds of it I feel like Sweet Paulo has plenty more tunes in the waiting.
