Gnarfunkel share charming new single, "A Million Monkeys"

A Vancouver, what a special place in the world and the West Coast of Canada has yet another act coming from its belly, Gnarfunkel.

The bands new single, titled "A Million Monkeys", sounds like it's been written to set them apart from all of the other bands in the country. It seems like it's once notch above the rest as the intro feels like a warm welcome into their world. We've got warm guitars, thick bass, even some harmonica that helps you get all cosy.

The vocals on "A Million Monkeys" are just so damn smooth, reminding us of Razorlight in places - if you're a British reader you'll certainly hear the comparison. The yelps that the vocalist delivers just get you that little bit more excited when listening.

Basically "A Million Monkeys" is a rather delicate and yet exciting track from one of Vancouver's finest acts, add in a dash of Country music and that's what they're all about. The new cut is lifted from Gnarfunkel’s debut album "Gnarnia", which is due for release on May 6th.
