Friday just gone saw Philadelphia's James the Seventh release her relaxing new tune, "Future Memories", which is her first track since "Moon" - which was released early this year.
The strong new outing sounds like it will be able to eclipse her most streamed song "Turn A Blind Eye" which is currently at 800k streams. The sound of the new track is incredibly cinematic and can easily find its place in a soundtrack at the Cannes film festival. It's part The Last Shadow Puppets and part Fleetwood Mac with lots of swagger and punch.
From going viral on TikTok, to those incredible stats on Spotify to getting picked up by Billboard, it's been a whirlwind already and by the sound of it James the Seventh is just getting warmed up.
