This Friday just gone saw a lot of music released, and one of those acts that we fell in love with was The Trusted with their exciting new track "Millennium".
"Millennium" is one of those Indie-Rock tracks that have a big flavour of Pop infused right into it, as you can hear right from the get-go the guitars are very 1980s and has a strong festival anthem sort of vibe to it. The vocals are pretty damn slick here and remind me a big of The 1975 mixed in with some Brit-pop elements.
The Southend-on-Sea band are yet another band that's emerging from Essex that's giving the local scene more to shout about! Move over Blur and Nothing But Thieves, I think that The Trusted might just be the next act to break it from my home county.
