Nerd Salad drop epic seven minute cut, "Dogmeat"

Brooklyn based quartet Nerd Salad has recently dropped their epic seven-minute-long track, "Dogmeat", and as it's that long it feels like it evolves right before you. The track starts off as a charming Indie-Rock sounding track with twinkling guitar lines that sound like they've been cherry-picked from Bloc Party's early work, mixed in with aggressive drum fills that Travis Barker would be proud to call his own.

In "Dogmeat" there's a slight skater-rock vibe to it with the melodic soundscapes mixed in with borderline Ska sounding moments and psychedelic nods here and there thanks to the fuzz on the guitar hooks.

As mentioned previously the track is epic and around the halfway mark it really kicks up a gear and the bpm rises, in line with your heartbeat as you'll find yourself nodding and stomping in appreciation. If this is the first track of Nerd Salad you have ever listened to then this is a perfect introduction, we loved it from the first play and I think you will too, so be sure to smash that play button!
