Released earlier on today Starchild Yeezo is back with his vibrant new single, "Lola". The new single is lifted off his forthcoming album "Zombies in the Park" and gives the listener a great insight to what the new LP would sound like.
If there's a lesson to take away from this song is that Starchild Yeezo sounds like he knows how to craft an exciting and vibrant track by combining elements from several genres
"Lola" is the kind of track that combines what seems to be several genres and blends them all together for an incredibly vibrant sound.
We've got some auto-tuned vocals at the start balanced off with some almost grunge sounding guitar licks, the bridge has some incredibly indie-pop guitar tones following it handclaps that will spark a fire in your heart as you'll soon be stomping your foot along.
In the latter half you find harmonicas that you'd expect to hear in a folk or blues song which is a great turn from what we've heard so far. If there's a lesson to take away from this song is that Starchild Yeezo sounds like he knows how to craft an exciting and vibrant track by combining elements from several genres, well done, we flipping love it!
