The Horn share breezy new single, "Always Late"

Coming out of London we have The Horn and recently they have shared their hazy and gentle new single, "Always Late". The new single is just their second ever and comes off the back of their debut single "Passion" which has 30k plays at the time of writing.

The sound on "Always Late" is a blend of two contrasting genres, you have some hazy almost psychedelic sounding guitar tones laced with dreamy folk tones.

The sound on "Always Late" is a blend of two contrasting genres, you have some hazy almost psychedelic sounding guitar tones laced with dreamy folk tones hat gives the track that extra subtle smooth undertone. Jonny's (vocals) really sounds like Ben Howard in places, his vocals are direct and yet offer the listener something to warm up to on a chilly evening.

Speaking about the new single Nick mentions - "I am always late to literally everything, it's because I'm always doing two things at once, and so is Jonny, so I started to write it about me then midway through I made it about us both. That was a fun thing to do, so when I first played it to Jonny [Taylor] he laughed and then helped me polish it. "

Honestly it's no wonder The Horn got thousands of plays on their debut single, if this is their 'sound' then I'm almost certain they'll be huge in no time. So do be sure to follow them on Spotify and the social media channels so you don't miss out on any releases or live shows.
