Dronningen released their snappy new track "Superstardom" earlier in October, which is their first release since their January single "Theatrical Love," so it's been a little bit of a wait for their fans.
If you love your high-octane rock-pop with a dash of synths then Dronningen might just light your world up and get you begging for more.
With the song clocking in at under three minutes, the band wastes no time getting into the groove, greeting you with a thick and punchy synthesizer right away before Beatrice's vocals lead you on this high-octane trip. Musically there are strong comparisons with the likes of Crystal Castles and Enter Shikari with how rampant the track gets at its peak.
Speaking about the song the dup mentions - " ... "Superstardom" is a song about fighting self-sabotage, overcoming your comfort zone, and ultimately reaching a flourishing state after actively working towards fulfilling your goals, without inhibitions."
If you love your high-octane rock-pop with a dash of synths then Dronningen might just light your world up and get you begging for more. With shows up and down the UK since the pandemic the band is now pushing on with their sound, so do be sure to check them out on the socials to stay in the loop!
