Movment drop crunching new single, "Violence"

Mullingar's finest post-punk act Movment has today dropped their crunching new single, "Violence". The new cut comes hot off the heels of their 2022 album "Transformation", hoping to keep up the momentum they've got from the LP.

It's clear right from the start of the track that it's going to a darker sound, even if you're an older fan of theirs. The warm percussion builds it up before some hard-rock-sounding guitars come in to give it some body.

As soon as the vocals come in the track evolves into an anthemic punk track, it's got a serious drive throughout the song and by the end of it you might be suffering from concussion as you'd be trashing yourself in appreciation of the frantic nature of "Violence".

Speaking about the track the band mentions - "The song is about anger, rage, and the turmoil in our heads at times of intense pressure". The single is out today, you can also purchase the track over at BandCamp, just click the link to head over there.
