Happy Science return with frantic new cut, "Barbiturates"

Out now via Laundrette Records is Happy Science's latest banger, "Barbiturates". The new tune is yet another frantic cut from the London quartet and is even more driven than their previous single "Concrete" - which we flipping loved.

A frantic mix of punk and indie-rock

Sitting in at under 100 seconds long the single's BPM is turned up here as it's a relentless infusion of punk and indie-rock with angular guitars adorning the track for the duration of the single. Vocally we're more towards the realm of punk-rock but it's very sing-along worthy, especially in the chorus where the track is at it's peak.

The new offering is the second single to be lifted from their forthcoming debut EP "Car Crash Cabaret", and the track is also backed up with the previous single acting as the B-side - so you've got more juicy tunes to sink your teeth into right away!

With the big radio stations in the UK (Amazing Radio, BBC Radio 6 Music and Radio X) already picking up on their tracks the band is constantly on the rise, just be sure to keep a close eye on what's coming up as it could blow you away!
