This is not a farewell rather Joshua Woo's fantastic new single, "Goodbye". The single is the closing song to his latest EP "Beyond The Glass", which dropped last Friday. It's oddly enough the closing song on said EP.
Smooth vocals and even smoother instrumentation, "Goodbye" sums up everything that Joshua Woo is about.
"Goodbye" opens up with twinkling tones and soft keyboard tones before giving way to Joshua's soft vocals. The addition of the pianos brings it back to earth and is a raw and emotional affair, think Michael Jackson's slower jams mixed with cleaner production with updated electronics.
The plinks and plonks of guitars is a wonderful moment as it's then you realise that Joshua Woo is one heck of a talented musician. Smooth vocals and even smoother instrumentation, "Goodbye" sums up everything that Joshua Woo is about.
