Julia Sole reveals her cinematic new single, "Youth"

Launching back in 2022 we saw Julia Sole come onto the scene with her debut single "Paranoid Sleeping", and this Friday saw her release the follow-up track, "Youth". The new cut from Julia Sola (aka Loes Bisschop to her friends) is a slick insight into what her debut EP "First Floor Inhale" would sound like.

It's very clear to hear that Julia Sole is a rising singer-songwriter within the Dutch music scene, and it's just a matter of time before you'll see her headline shows all over The Netherlands, and beyond.

The sounds on "Youth" remind me a bit of Radiohead in places with the tender piano tones and guitar sounds, and when the vocals come in I found myself getting instantly won over. The backing vocals she has on the single really add to the atmosphere for me and gives me those great vibes that you find in The Big Moon's latest album.

But while you waiy for her to implode onto the scene do be sure to check out the Utrecht artists' debut single (which acts as the b-side to "Youth").
