Litvar share their strong new single, "Alone (Not Lonely)"

Hailing from the the East coast of the USA, Willimantic in Connecticut to be specific is Litvar, and recently the band has reveled their new single "Alone (Not Lonely)". The single has a whiff of pre-2000's indie-rock about it with instant comparisons being drawn against The Smashing Pumpkins and Britpop legends Oasis.

The track is something that American Indie-Rock fans can really get behind, they certainly have the tunes for the big time, and who knows, maybe they'll headline venues all over the USA someday!

Speaking about the song they say - "We first started working on Alone (Not Lonely) in February of 2021, beginning with just a chopped guitar loop that became the backbone of the song. It ended up becoming one of our favorite songs to play live, so when it came time to record our second album it was at the top of the list. Recorded at New Monkey Studio (former studio of Elliot Smith), we tracked the bass, acoustic guitar, and drums live together, to try to give the recording the same feel that we put into our live performance."

The track is a very warm affair with delightful vocal yelps, bops and deep moments giving the listener a wide range to get hooked in with. It doesn't stop there as musically this is very vibrant, bouncy guitars and drums compliment the thick bassline and when the chorus comes in it elevates even more so with a tambourine and glitchy backing vocals.
