Wednesday's Child drops sizzling new effort, "Ronnie"

The quintet of Wednesday's Child has just this morning released their stunning new effort, "Ronnie". The new outing acts as their third single since the turn of the year and continues along with the same tones as the previous cuts.

The single is also the third to be released from their upcoming EP, "Seven Sisters", which will be a seven-track long release based on seven songs about women. The single is an edgy affair right from the outset with moody vocals and spritely guitar tones rolling over your ears, soothing bass and a tight drumkit entering the fold and it all seemingly comes together.

Shortly after giving "Ronnie" a play you'll be adding it to your playlists within moments, it's got that much of an addictive twist to it, just amazing.

Once the chorus hits the track turns more towards the realm of indie-pop but with a subtle dark-surf-sounding feel to it. Vocally as mentioned earlier, it's just moody and captivating with a tone that easily finds its way into your heart.

Speaking about the new cut the quintet mentions - "It is a tribute to the late great Ronnie Spector and her sisterhood with The Ronettes. Our song is from the perspective of someone feeling lost and nostalgic for what could have been, but finding ways to stay hopeful through Ronnie’s music. We have put our sincere love into these tracks."
