Right out of Lyon, France is Marlene Larsen and she has recently unveiled her debut track, "Galore" - and since it's been released she's found her way into a plethora of Spotify playlists, for good reasons too!

From the outset of the track, it's acting all mysterious to you, somewhat reminiscent of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds with the dark guitar tone commanding proceedings. It's when Marlene's vocals come in the track brings in some haunting tones and you get this soft and angelic sound rolling in, it's like her vocals are a blend of Karen O and Grimes.
It's been a long time (over halfway) until the track bursts into life with the tempo seemingly ramping up in the latter third. With hints of Savages, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and big Shoegaze tones it's a debut track that'll grip you right until the end!
