The Hilder have recently returned with their brand new single, "Flipside", which is the first since the release since their last single back in August of 2022.
Plenty of upbeat hooks and is filled with anthemic vocal tones that can grip you.
As soon as it kicks off you're welcomed with a charming guitar tone that reminds me of The Smiths, not long after the rest of the band join proceedings and the tempo kicks up a notch or two.
It's an incredibly danceable indie-rock anthem with vocals that can hook in the most casual of listeners, and especially when the chorus hits you know by then you're going to be checking out their back catalog.
Expect many more anthemic tunes from this outfit, they're so damn consistent when it comes to the quality of their songs.
