Local legends on the Cambridge music scene - The Routine - today unveil their cracking new tune, "Don't Give Me Hope". The single comes in a long line of tracks the band has dropped since they first burst onto the scene in 2021.
"Don't Give Me Hope" may just be their most powerful one to date with some vocals that dominate your ears, they're so deep and brooding you may find yourself quivering when listening to it. As the track progresses some soaring guitar tones roll in, giving the listener a great chance to once again delve deep into a delicious riff, something that they're getting a name for as of late.
This new cut is certainly a bit heavier than their previous tracks, but it may signify a new direction for the band - which I'm sure people will love.
