North London-based common goldfish today has released their brand new tune, "Tottenham Ritzy", and the latest offering from the artist could be his calling card for the big-time.
I can see this being played in clubs all over the country with the right people backing it, it's got huge potential!
The track has a big sense of nostalgia about, not just the lyrics about raving all night but even down to the finer details like the jangly bursts guitar, the bassline tones, and especially the piano tones that honestly took me back to the 1990s in an instant (yes I'm old enough to remember the sound).
It's now getting to the point where we need to stop comparing them to other bands, and now have bands saying that they're influenced by common goldfish - this truly could be the track that gets them into the big times, I can see this being played in clubs all over the country with the right DJs backing it.
