Today marks the day that Canberra-based singer-songwriter Ben Drysdale unveils his bright and upbeat new single, "If I Don't Lie Down". The new single doubles up as his first solo single, which honestly is baffling as this sounds like it is a single from a chart-topping band.

Indeed, Ben has been in bands before, since 2004, but this is his first slice of solo material, and by the sound of it he may be rising through the ranks rather quickly.
