Coming off the back of a strong string of shows at SXSW the Canadian-based band are now in Europe looking to their their sound beyond their native country. The slightly jagged guitar kicks things off before a great and thick synth takes over the bassline and it's not long after the feels all 80's and early 90s.
Huge in Canada but now Hotel Mira are looking to bring their brand of indie-rock to the wider world, just do us a favour and give them a listen before they're playing (and headlining) every festival going!
The chorus is drenched in sun-kissed guitar sounds and powerful bursts of electronics with it almost feeling like one of the key elements that's got them to where they are today with their multi-million Spotify streams.
There's no doubt that this quartet are here and is here to stay, and when you combine their energetic brand of indie-rock with sing-along-worthy vocals it's a recipe that is setting them up for world domination.
The band will also be performing at The Great Escape in Brighton this week, live shows are below.
