Hailing from North Carolina is Cashavelly, and earlier this month she dropped the striking new single, "Rewrite".vNot just any single, this is her debut and what a better way to come onto the scene than with a track that is vocally heavy and filled with retro-sounding synths.

The intro gave me a lot of The 1975 vibes, but when the track came to me fully there was this sizzling bassline that was like a warm pulse in my head. The chorus of the track for me was a highlight, with Cashavelly's vocals acting as a glistening beacon, beckoning me forward.
The whole track is sugary synth-fueled pop music, and if this is her debut track I'm sure Cashavelly is going to have one sensational career - intentionally at the very top too!
