The international duo of Moontwin has just earlier today shared the dreamy new cut, "Storm in a Shell". The new song is arguably their most upbeat one of the year, and with two previous singles behind them this year this also goes down as possibly their most expansive one too.
"Storm in a Shell" is quite the ride, enjoy every second of it!
Kicking things off is a bold synthy sound backed up with a rather simplistic (yet effective) drumbeat, and it's not long after until those dreamy vocals from Maple Bee come flowing over the top like a wave washing over the sand.
It's a fantastic track, especially for this time of year as I can see myself getting lost in it on a late evening with a cold drink in hand. The track really comes to life after the 70-second mark, and when it did I had my jaw drop to the floor, this could be the type of track that can define their career it's that big.
The way I felt heading into the final stretch was one that saw me go over to the repeat button on Spotify, for a first-time listener it's quite the ride, but enjoy every second of it!
