Back with just their second-ever single is emerging Irish act Haha Hear Hear, with their new single, "Demons Don't Sleep". The single follows swiftly on from their debut, a debut which saw them get plenty of attention from zines and playlist curators.
Speaking of the track they say - " ... "Demons Don't Sleep" is about that really annoying dream we all have from time to time when you keep waking up to realise you're still dreaming. Or is it just me?"

One thing that hit me as soon as I started my first listen was the fact that you can hear the Irish accent, much like Fontaines DC. The track is very deeply rooted in the rock genre with hints of electronica dotted throughout, keep an ear out for the computer beeps on the intro!
The pacing is frantic and once the chorus comes around for the second time you'll certainly feel how anthemic and exciting the track is. The bassline especially got me all in a hot bother, as when we hear a thick bassline we tend to go weak at the knees.
The tune is an absolutely sensational affair, and it'll go a long way to helping get the band into the consciousness of the nation (and beyond!).
