Hailing from the UK is Georgia Crandon, and she has recently released her swagger-filled new single, "Changin' Tracks", and one thing that hits you right from the get-go is how grand it sounds. The track also acts as the fifth to be released from her self-titled debut album.
A grand mixture of Baroque and Psychedelic music with a pop sheen to it.
The sound on this is very nostalgic and has a subtle dark undertone to it, for me it sounds much like The Last Shadow Puppets with the mixture of Baroque-Pop, Orchestral-Pop and even with hints of Psychedelic-Pop too.
Vocally this is up there with the very best, dominant tones that can keep even the most casual of listeners on edge for the entire duration. It's so great to hear new artists on a daily basis, and with how Georgia Crandon sounds on "Changin' Tracks" I feel like it may just be a matter of time before the big labels start picking up on her tones.
