LIGHTNING GUSTO shares his new single, "Good Citizen"

Hailing from the rather unknown Storsteinnes in Norway is the rather new act LIGHTNING GUSTO, and just last month saw him shares his new single, "Good Citizen". What sounds clear to me is that this new act is looking to be more known, as track by track it sounds like he is building up to something big.

"Good Citizen" is a firey acoustic rock track that has elements of punk that sounds like it spans decades. There are big riffs that sound cherry-picked from the lies of Guns N' Roses catalogue all the way up to the era of pop-punk in the late 90s and early 2000s.

A rising Norweigan rock legend in the making!

Vocally this is a proper sing-along anthem with moments that'll have you unapologetically shouting out loud in the car at any time of day. The project is the solo effort of Alf, and the artist has been a touring musician for a while now, but earlier this year saw him step into the 'singer-songwriter' realm of things, and if he keeps it up the name LIGHTNING GUSTO is sure to be known amongst wider audiences.

Speaking about his music he says - "I haven't released any album since 2012 with the band I was in then, The Maudlin Hounds and it's a bit scary, I must admit. Will I be able to do it? Do I still got it? Oh hell yea, I do. It's gonna be great, I just know it." - so be sure to follow this rising Norweigan legend in the making!
