One of Manchester's best-kept secrets (for now) is The Rolling People, and the rising band have recently returned with the epic new cut, "Reign". The single is the final one from the band in 2024, and what a year it has been for them. It's seen the band break barriers with their second EP reaching well over a quarter of a million streams!
... with the hype they have behind them they can truly be the next big guitar band!
"Reign" sounds like an evolution of the sound heard on their previous EP, more refined guitars are mixed in with some vocals that are once more epic and soaring. The production value on this song is through the roof, and I feel like with the hype they have behind them they can truly be the next big guitar band - I know I've said that before, but when you're jamming along to a track on the first play you know they're cooking up something amazing.
Speaking about the new anthem frontman Charlie McNichol says - " ... "Reign" is a song that is about taking control of the situations you find yourself in everyday life, and not letting people dictate your every move for their gain. It came from the initial idea of having the aggressive intro set the tone of the rest of the song, bringing a drive and ambition to the table."
