The track is the lead single from their upcoming EP, Wallow, and it infuses a very high-octane new wave feel with a somewhat lo-fi nature. It reminds me of those bands I would find on Last.fm back in 2010. There's fantastic nostalgic value for me with this song, and when the vocals came in, it felt very overwhelming.
It is certainly once again a fantastic track, and even though the band are only on their third single since forming, you can easily hear that they are well on their way to being one of the rising rock trios. Be sure to stick around for the final third, as this, for me, is almost a confirmation that they are destined for big things.
