Yes, its another chance to catch my track of the day, getting bigger and better tracks everyday. So far this accolade has been given to Bloc Party and run,WALK!... today its the turn of a small band from London.

Death Metal Disco Scene are a small band that hasn't been playing live for one year yet! With lots of tracks being recorded at the moment (for what I can only think of a EP/MiniAlbum or a full length Album). They do a plesent setlist every time they play. 21 is the track of the day. This track has a fabulous producer (which I think must be a pro!). The start is a brilliant idea, the chorus is superb with echos of a mainstream dance/rock/crossover artist. Live this song blew me off my feet! I bought the 10" before the gig and was not saddened when they played this banger, only 300 of them are avaliable so if they make it big (and they will with rumors of Kitsune being interested) this will be worth lots!
“Unsigned London-based crossover pop duo David James Billing and Scorch Shepherd. The Discodust blog called their debut single, 21, “a serious contender for the indie dancefloor crown”. Record labels are flocking as we speak.” - The Guardian
Out of five - 5 - Keep a very close eye on this band, with powerful vocals behind them, a good producer, brillaint backing vocals, a good bassist, good guitarist and a lovely drummer. The end result has to be 5/5
