In Golden Tears are Patrick H. Kowalewski (Vocals, Guitar), Mats Dörband (Bass), Patrick Behrens (Vocals, Guitar) and Moritz de Chambord (Drums). Their debut single 'Urban Emotions', produced by Marius Lauber (Beat!Beat!Beat!) in Cologne and mastered by Andrew Heppner (Bravestation) in Toronto, is worldwide available through Humming Records (via Rough Trade Distribution) from April 1st.
With a cutting, melodic guitar sound which lives up to the names of Joy Division and Interpol, In Golden Tears spark an entire firework of melancholy. Pumping basslines chase echoing drum sounds and fragile synthesizer fogs across the room.
