Gig Review... Rova @ The Lexington, Islington, London, 21st March 2012

We went to pop along to The Wild Mercury Sound's single launch at The Lexington in Islington and we bumped into yet another band that can easily go a long way! Rova are from Slough, which as far as music goes is only famous for having Viva Brother... Yea so less about the bad bands and more about the great right!

Well Rova came out of the blocks with a stunning couple of tracks, with such a polished sound already it's no wonder someone quoted saying "If you liked them the next band will blow you away", and they surely did! The highlight of the set for me was the track 'Million', it's a six minute epic and the lads put every bit of energy into it for the full duration of the track. I'd highly recommend seeing them live, so if you get the chance please go, they're a great live band!

Rova played:
Tear Me Down
Million
Strings
Open Ground.
Mama Save Me
Measured Motion
