Virgin Records launch 40th birthday exhibition

As a celebration of it’s 40th anniversary, Virgin Records is set to hold a free exhibition at London’s Victoria House between 24-29 of October. With a run of special gigs from the likes of Chvrches, Bastille and PiL celebrating the iconic labels birthday, ‘Virgin Records: 40 Years of Disruptions. The Exhibition!’ will display rare (seen/unseen) photographs of it’s artists from over the past 40 years including Sex Pistols, Daft Punk and The Spice Girls.
Virgin Records four decades of artists include the likes of: The Rolling Stones, Sex Pistols, Genesis, Iggy Pop, Lenny Kravitz, N.E.R.D, The Human League, Swedish House Mafia, UB40 and loads more.

The exhibition will also display art installations that have been exclusively made by the likes of Chemical Brothers & Massive Attack which will also see a recreation of the original Virgin Records’ central London, Oxford Street store. On display also, will be famous album artwork, including original artwork and also alternative or rejected versions.
With 40 years worth of iconic music history on show, the exhibition is set to be one of the greatest London has ever seen.
