Naked (On Drugs) are singer/songwriter Sebastien Perrin and guitarist Luke Byron Scott who make unhinged / playful / darkly oddball tunes with echoes of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Captain Beefheat and Echo And The Bunnymen, topped by haphazardly inventive guitar work.
