The duo based in and around the Essex and Suffolk border last week dropped a stunning new song. "Porcelain" got our attention from the off, and after playing it an awful lot last week I've decided to pop it up as the 'Track of the week', for reasons which I'm going to tell you now!
The track is a slowed down and chilled out way to start your week off, imagine if Alt-J were a duo and took some MDMA while listening to some early Foals remixes then you've got it! We love the simplistic tussle between the drums and distorted vocals at the beginning, the simple yet rather beautiful guitar line that comes after and the smooth chorus that takes you into another dimension. I can imagine this track for two people would be hard to play live, but the twosome are so talented I bet they pull it off really well!
