Speaking about the single, Grimes says "It's our summer jam so we figured we should put it out." and it's now available for free download as a summer treat. It comes as an album was due to drop in September, however, there is little news on that. Instead, she insists she put this out because she's bored of waiting to release music until the album is completed.
Go shows a higher level of production with heavier basslines resulting in a slick motion throughout the song. It's the ultimate chill-out song for the Summer with added intensity and power. And yes, we're hearing that Harlem Shake too.
