We've got something exciting to bring you today, Summer Scouts' brand new video for "Facepaint". It's got rushing guitars crashing into each other, pounding drums and boy girl vocals that sound like something out of a Los Campesinos! track. Summer Scouts do not hail from Cardiff, but they are based out of Pennsylvania in the USA.
Their début EP "The Distance" was independently released last year and features five synth laden tunes mixed with post rock sensibilities and enchanting dual vocals. The band draws influence from acts such as M83, Passion Pit, and Grouplove. The video comes courtesy of apparel company Thread Society.
