Last week we brought to you a brand new track from Goldbirds, called "Empire", and it was one of the most read posts of the week, so we thought we'd make it Track Of The Week as you all seem to love it, and I can see why! This is a very anthemic track isn't it, which we actually found via the Soundcloud suggestions (and we highly recommend that feature too).
I couldn't believe what I was hearing when it came on, it sounded like a perfect cross between Imagine Dragons and the dancier side of Foals, just scroll on down to hear it! When I first heard it I assumed they were an American band because the sound is so fucking huge, but they're one of those London bands that sounds like they're just waiting to break-out, and with tracks like this I hope they do.
