Since forming in 2012 The Away Days have made a substantial name for themselves in their native Turkey, playing along bands including Savages, Portishead, Wild Beasts, Paul Banks, Belle & Sebastian and Massive Attack, as well as performing internationally at The Great Escape and SXSW. Their early singles have drawn praise from the likes of The Guardian, NME, NPR, BBC 6Music and Seattle’s influential KEXP. They are currently recording their début album.
